• You have/had no gap in monthly service fees paid to our required access partner: CreditHeroScore.com™**
• You haven't created new credit or debt since signing up with Credit Fix JOE™.
• You haven't caused a new negative credit since signing up with Credit Fix JOE™.
• You haven't missed any payments on any debt since signing up with Credit Fix JOE™.
• You haven't signed up with a Consumer Credit Counseling service since signing up with Credit Fix JOE™.
• You forwarded all communication(s) from any creditor, credit bureau, or any other credit impacting information you receive, via email to: info@creditfixjoe.com within 5 days of you receiving. Keep confirmation receipt of your email for your records.
